• Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a larger role in the 2025 season.
• Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $18/hr
  + tips.

What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
