Job Description

Location - work form Home (USA Based)

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a responsive recruiting and hiring process.
  • Must have good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
  • Build relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of talent for key skills and future needs.
  • Accurately assess candidate fit through a thoughtful, effective interview methodology.
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruiting process including using leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants ’ profiles on time.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
  • Must be able to work in Western, Central or Easter USA Time Zone shifts.
  • Experience in dealing W2/C2C/1099 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates .
  • Proficient in recruiting techniques like head hunting, calling, networking sites, referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools .
  • Proven track record of finding top notch technical talent with Software Engineering, product, big data, Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data engineering skills along with past experience hiring for CPG, Hitech, Finance, life science/pharma, Insurance, Healthcare organizations.
  • Understand and articulate business and technology roles using carefully crafted messaging to engage and qualify potential talent.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, computer science or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience on full life cycle of recruiting with last 2-3 yrs managing a team.
  • Screening resumes
  • Interviewing, Setting up interviews with Hiring Managers & Panels
  • Technical queries
  • Closing of candidates &
  • Responsible till joining of candidates
