Schedule: Full Time Shift : Day Location: 80 BROWNSBERGER CIRCLE, Fletcher, 28732 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Hendersonville Convenient access, with locations across Western North Carolina Beautiful mountain scenery Plentiful opportunities for outdoor adventurers, including hiking, zip lining and white-water rafting Historic towns and cities full of specialty shops, art galleries and unique restaurants Fresh produce available at farmers markets and U-picks Special events to enjoy in every season The role you'll contribute: Coordinates and maintains budgets for corporate sponsorships and grants, collects dollars and handles all reconciliations with direct oversight from Lead Special Events Coordinator. Responsible along with Senior Manager and Lead Special Events Coordinator to manage department budget and finances. Supports Senior Manager and Lead Special Events Coordinator with North Region Educational Strategy, as requested. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accredited bodies. The value you'll bring to the team: Demonstrated organizational skills and demonstrates model behavior in accordance to Adventist Health Systems. Ability to work effectively with hospital administration, department, leaders, clinicians, community leaders with diplomacy and professionalism. Knowledge in contract negotiation and maintaining good standing with corporate partnerships. Ability for long range program development with sensitivity to cost containment measures. Knowledge of event, educational, and/or program budgets to support special event needs and goals.
