We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
• Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to encourage purchases.
• Operate point of sales stations efficiently, handling transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawer integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Supervise sales floor activities to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing environment.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and change calculations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Print production experience is favorable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills is essential for this role.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and enhancing sales techniques is encouraged.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
