The UPS Store of Westlake is looking to bring on several Part-Time Retail Associates  to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience in Customer Service. We are willing to train the right person and would love for you to join our team! Weekend availability is required .

Responsibilities:

• Processing packages for courier shipment
• Packing boxes to a high standard
• Operating copier and fax machines
• Operating point-of-sales devices
• Advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our growing array of products and services
• Exhibits confidence by knowing the best practices related to the industry.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Keyboard typing efficiency
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, and standing for periods of time)
• Professional appearance
• Fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay ($14-$16/hour depending on experience and qualifications) - Raises given as progress is made
• Flexible Scheduling! Closed by 4pm on weekends (Weekend availability is required).
