The position plays a vital role in the day-to-day coordination and reporting of property operations, timely responses to tenant, investor, and broker inquiries, and provides support for the CEO and supporting departments of Human Resources, Accounting, and property sites.

Essential Functions:

· Manage telephone system and answer telephone calls

· Receive and manage office visitors

· Compose and type routine correspondence

· Manage and administer incoming mail

· Organize and maintain office and property file systems.

· Organize and maintain and assist with Juniper Square investor database

· Communicate with investors, brokers, and lenders with an understanding of sensitive and confidential information

· Support the preparation of acquisition and sale materials

· Organize and maintain loan documents

· Conduct research as requested

· Provide A/P and banking assistance to the tax consultant and accounting department

Provide assistance in data input and reporting with AppFolio

· Maintain regular communication with property managers and HQ staff and assist as needed

· Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pick up by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other services as needed

· Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by Executive Management

· Maintain office supplies and procurement; maintain kitchenette, office lunch runs and grocery procurement
