LTL Freight Coordinator/Support Member

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the distribution of Bills of Lading
• Answer telephones with heavy call volume and direct calls with accuracy
• Enter delivery manifest data into computer system
• Conduct imaging and scanning of Bills of Lading and other LTL documents
• Identify freight bills requiring special delivery instructions
• Coordinate delivery times and schedule appointments for freight delivery
• Regular attendance is required
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of customer service in transportation industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in as fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new systems and processes

Working Days:

Familiar with Bill of Ladings a MUST

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM CST- 5:00 PM CST

Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.

Excellent follow up skills to see projects from start to finish.

Basic Excel knowledge, Data Entry

Full-time Mon- Fri 8AM CST-5:00 PM CST
