About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bindery / Press Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on post-press finishing operations, ensuring high-quality results for every project.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up bindery and ladder press equipment (trimming, folding, stitching, die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing).
Adjust machinery based on job specifications (size, fold type, stitch settings).
Conduct quality checks to ensure aligned folds, accurate trims, strong stitching, and clean finishes.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments on bindery equipment.
Work collaboratively with press and production teams to maintain workflow and prevent delays.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bindery, finishing, or ladder press operations.
Strong understanding of paper stocks, finishing specifications, and post-press processes.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently within day-shift hours.
