We are seeking a full-time Inside Loan Officer to join our Boca Raton office. This is an in-office position where you’ll have access to inbound leads, ongoing training, and the full support of our experienced operations and marketing teams. You will be responsible for working with clients from pre-qualification through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive mortgage experience. Loans and leads will be given to you from transitioning loan officers, as well as handling Corporate Leads. Responsibilities: Manage and convert inbound leads and loans into funded loans. Help transition loan officers learn our processes and systems as well as maintaining communication with them and our Ops staff to ensure smooth transition of loans. You will also handle loans for Branch Managers to allow coverage when individuals go on vacation. Qualifications: • Must be an experienced loan officer who's familiar with Agency, Govt, and Non-QM Loans. You do not need to self-source your own loans • Must be a Team player • Must be a great communicator Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
