Skilled Injection Mold Machine Operator Needed!

Shift:

1st 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

2nd: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri)

3rd: 11:00pm-7:30am (Mon-Fri)

Pay $16.00-$22.00 DOE and Shift

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Injection Mold Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines that produce high-quality plastic parts. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. As an Injection Mold Machine Operator, you will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition. You will also work closely with quality control teams to verify that all products meet strict specifications and customer expectations. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive approach to both production processes and team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production runs
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using gauges and tools
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus
• Proven experience as an injection mold machine operator or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
