Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate patient needs and respond to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter drugs as needed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
