Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Recruiter, located in Enfield, CT.

The Experienced Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable positions. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting job interviews, reviewing resumes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include providing job search advice, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive recruiting experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fit client requirements
• Place candidates in appropriate roles and manage the recruitment pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Conduct job interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Review resumes and maintain accurate candidate records
• Provide job search advice and ensure a positive candidate experience for all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in recruiting within various industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
