LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a leading Chicago-based real estate company seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Talent Acquisition. This organization brings over 30 years of industry expertise with a diverse range of property offerings.

In this critical role, you will shape the recruitment strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive best-in-class hiring practices that support the organization's growth and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a recruiting team and have a “no task is too small” mentality.

Director, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to consistently meet hiring goals and KPIs.

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for customer service, sales, marketing, and account management.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

• Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.

• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and proactive recruiting solutions.

• Manage open recs as required.

Director, Talent Acquisition Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree required.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience; combination of agency and corporate preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or recruitment leads.
• Real estate or Retail industry experience required.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and tools.
• Proven experience establishing operating procedures in a talent team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
