We’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead and enhance our lending business operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless lending processes, optimizing note management, and driving efficiency in our secondary mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline overall lending operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead note management and secondary mortgage operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with teams to improve lending practices and operational workflows.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lending standards.
• Oversee the sale of mortgage notes in the secondary market.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in lending operations, including note management and secondary mortgage processes (loan origination knowledge preferred but not required).
• Proven leadership and business operations management skills.
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle and regulatory landscape.
• Based in Delaware or Maryland (preferably near Salisbury, MD) with the ability to work in-office at least once per quarter.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
