Skilled Production Associates Needed in Council Bluffs, IA!

Shift:

Days: 6:30am-3:00pm Mon-Fri

Mids: 2:30pm-11:00pm Mon-Fri

Nights 10:30pm-7am Sun-Thurs

Pay: $16.79-$18.54 Depending on Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines
• Inspect product as being produced and palletize product
• Record and report production data accurately and promptly
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of production equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary
