Title: Creative Operations Manager

Location: Glendale, California

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake log, including routing approvals, assigning projects, and coordinating leadership sign-offs
• Serve as a point of contact for project requesters, clarifying scope and sharing updates
• Support daily operations and quarterly reporting in partnership with the Manager of Production Management
• Create and distribute leadership briefs and reports using Smartsheet on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Maintain strong client relationships and help resolve operational challenges for internal and external teams
• Contribute to corporate initiatives, including process optimization and tool enhancements

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, communications, events, or administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with project management platforms, preferably Smartsheet
• Background in marketing or creative agency work is a plus
• Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
