We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Apprentice Residential Plumber to support our plumbing team on residential job sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the trade.

You’ll assist journeymen with installations, maintenance, and repairs, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and on-the-job training in all aspects of residential plumbing.

• Assist in the installation and repair of water supply lines, waste lines, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances in residential settings.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
• Support journeyman plumbers by preparing tools, materials, and work areas.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, including cutting, fitting, and assembling pipe.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, including clean-up after jobs are completed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Attend any required training or educational sessions to support licensing and advancement.
• Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers.

• Registered Plumbing Apprentice License
• Some mechanical or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, kneeling, climbing ladders).
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
