LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial institute in Santa Fe, NM that is looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to the team. This position is full-time onsite Monday through Friday. Pay Range is $19.00-$22.00 per hour.

This position is responsible for a blend of administrative, clerical, and basic accounting duties, directly supporting clients and executives while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of transactions, payments, financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including digital filing and document management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers; assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel for finance team members and executives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the finance department and other teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Support financial audits by gathering documentation and preparing reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or financial support role, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Canopy, Lacerte) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Customer service orientation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
