Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

As an Accounting Clerk in Addison, you'll process invoices, track payments, and make the numbers behave. This role is perfect if you enjoy tidy records, color-coded spreadsheets, and checking things off the list.

What's Required to Thrive Here

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency Excel.
• Organized, deadline-focused, and great at managing workflow.
• Dependable, confidential, and reliable.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparing accruals for outstanding invoices and performing related reconciliations.
• Compile monthly data to calculate commission payments for rep agencies.
• Initiate monthly inventory cycle count sheets, enter the results in NS, and update the cycle count tracker.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to accounting and other departments as required.
• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices and credit notes, ensuring they are accurate and properly authorized.
• Prepare and execute electronic payments (ACH/wire transfers) and checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate, up-to-date accounts payable records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Review inbound freight invoices and track key data.
